The NHS app enables you to book appointments and order medication without having to contact the surgery. It will also provide you with important and up to date covid vaccination information.

Alternatively, Systmonline is another service available to book appointments and order prescriptions.

Valley Medical Centre has been offering online services to patients for many years including making appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions.
We are now able to offer online access to your coded medical record. To apply for online access to the Practice’s clinical system, patients must complete the separate registration form and return this to the Practice Manager.
