Complaints

We always try to provide the highest standard of care here at the Valley Medical centre. However, sometimes things don’t always go as you may have liked.

If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of your care from our practice we hope we can put things right.

We hope you will feel able to use our practice complaints procedure —

  • Our staff can provide you with a leaflet that sets out our complaints procedure.
  • You can put your complaint in writing on our “comment” form at reception.
  • Alternatively you can ask to speak directly to our practice manager, Mr. Paul Hancock.

Many issues can be sorted out very quickly and easily and allow us to address anything that may have gone wrong and improve our practice in the future.

If you feel unable to approach us directly or you feel unsatisfied with the way we are handling your complaint then you can contact the local Primary Care Trust.

The Patient Advice and Liaison team at Sheffield PCT can provide confidential advice and support. They can be contacted on 0114 2711250 www.sheffieldpct.nhs.uk
