Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication you will find your repeat prescription order form on the right-hand side of your prescription.

You can order your repeat prescription by:

• Dropping off your order form at the surgery
• Email
  Log on to SystmOnline and follow the instructions. This is a secure service.
• Phone
  Ordering prescriptions on the phone is only available between 1pm and 5pm. Wherever possible please try to use the order form or email as this takes pressure off our phone system

Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready for collection.

You may see a message on the right hand side of your prescription asking you to come in for a review or to have some routine blood tests undertaken. Please make sure you always check your prescription for any message as it is important you do not miss a regular medication review and any necessary bloods tests.
