Repeat Prescriptions

• If you are on regular medication, you will find you repeat prescription order form on the left-hand side of your prescription.
• You can order your repeat prescription by:
  • Dropping off your order form at the surgery
  • By Email – log onto https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com/Login?Practiceld=c88092 and follow the instructions. This is a secure service.
  • By phone but wherever possible please try to use the order form or Email as this takes pressure off our phone system.
• Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready for collection.
• On the right-hand side of the form you should see a review date Please ensure you see your doctor before this date to allow us to put right any problems you may be experiencing with your medication.
