We always try to provide the highest standard of care. However sometimes things don't always go as you may have liked. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of your care from our practice we hope we can put things right.
If you need to make a complaint we have a formal practice complaints policy. Please pick up a "Comments and Complaints" leaflet from reception, complete the form and hand it back or post it back to us.
You can also ask to make an appointment with our Practice Manager Liz Sedgwick to discuss your issues further.
If you feel unable to resolve your issues through our complaints procedure you can contact NHS Sheffield and speak to the complaints team. The complaints team are based at 722 Prince of Wales Road, Sheffield, S9 4RU.

NHS Sheffield has a Patient and Advice Liaison Service (PALS) who can also help with your concerns. They can be contacted on freephone 0800 0857539. Any issues you address will be dealt with completely confidentially.
